open plan lounge dining area, a fully equipped kitchen including hob/oven,
fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, a double
bedroom and shower/toilet room. The upper level has the master bedroom
with en-suite bath/shower/toilet, then a twin bedroom with a separate
toilet and shower room. Both bedrooms have private sun terraces. The
Sotano (basement) is a large 70m square open plan area equipped with
two double bed settees, and play area. Outside is a covered terrace
with table and chairs for dining and a further tiled area suitable
