| A car is advisable to enjoy all this area has to offer, with several
blue flag beaches within a 15-minute drive and other attractions including
golf, tennis, horse riding, sailing, mountain biking, walking and
drives into the scenic surrounding mountains. There are many truly
Spanish villages situated in the nearby mountains which offer some
spectacular walks. Benidorm itself offers an alternative range of
activities and nightlife, with Aqualandia
water park, Terra
Mitica theme park, and the Terra
Natura animal park within 10-15 minutes drive. Nightlife in Benidorm
caters for every taste from the loud and brash bars of the New Town
to the quaint bodegas and tapas bars of the Old Town. |

Polop is within walking distance where you can find local Spanish
bars and restaurants. Shopping facilities are numerous with large
supermarkets available in nearby La Nucia, and weekly street markets
in all local towns including Polop, Altea and Alfas del Pi. The villa
is situated on the side of a mountain called the “ Sleeping
Lion of Polop”. At night it is lit. Pine groves, parks and walks
surround the community. |
For golfers there are 9 excellent courses within 40 mins drive,
with the nearest being the new Real De Faula Golf with two 18-hole
courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, which is only a 10-minute drive
away. There is also a 9 hole Pitch & Putt course in Benidorm and
an 18 hole Pitch and Putt at Golf Bahia in Finestrat. All in all,
the villa offers both value for money with plenty of space and excellent
facilities.
